The Field of Honor is attended 24/7 while it is installed.
This means we need many hands to help erect and dismantle the field, staff the information booth, play Taps each evening, and guide visitors. A volunteer schedule and sign-up is on Signup-Genius, or contact us to add your name to our volunteer roster or if you have questions.
We are deeply grateful to the many volunteers who helped with the 2020-2022 Fields of Honor, especially our daily trumpeters, Boy Scout Troop 513, who helped set up the flags and poles and dismantle the field and prepare flags for storage afterward, and to the Stoneham Firefighters Auxiliary for the lighting for the field.
